Ein besonderer Erfolg für Bauträger und Vertrieb: Bereits vor Baubeginn und innerhalb weniger Wochen waren alle Wohnungen des Appartementhauses unweit des Checkpoint Charly verkauft. Gut durchdachte Grundrisse erreichen eine hohe Wohnqualität und bieten mit ihren großzügigen Verglasungen faszinierende Ausblicke auf die Berliner Mitte.

Wie Schuppen sind Balkone und Erker angebracht und schaffen einen fließenden Rhythmus in der Fassade. Um diese ausgewogene Front nicht durch grobe Brüstungen zu stören, werden die Balkone von filigranen Netzen aus Edelstahl umspannt. Die insgesamt spitz zulaufende Form gibt dem alleinstehenden Eckbau ein selbstbewusstes wie anmutiges Äußeres.
